| Hi, you are invited to attend a German Baroque concert performed by visiting period ensemble La Réunion Musicale with tenor Stephen Ng as well as Jamie Jim and Lam Tim Wai on the viols. Concert info is as follows: Tuesday 26 June, 2012 8:00p.m. St. Stephen's Chapel 22 Tung Tau Wan Road, Stanley, Hong Kong Together with tenor Stephen Ng as well as viol players Jamie Jim and Lam Tim Wai, visiting period-instrument ensemble La Réunion Musicale will present a concert featuring German vocal and instrumental music written before 1700. Highlights include works with religious themes, such as selections from the Mystery Sonatas by Heinrich Ignaz Franz Biber (1644?1704) and from the Biblical Sonatas by Johann Kuhnau (1660?1722), as well as chorale settings by older members of the Bach family.
